For every rug we sell, we issue a certified insurance appraisal stating age, country of origin, knots per square inch, and replacement value. This is your assurance of quality and value. We have a liberal trade-in policy that applies to every rug we sell (with the exception of 90-line and 120-line sculptured Chinese rugs). This means you may trade your rug and its original purchase price will be fully applicable towards the purchase of any other rug of equal or greater value.

We offer no-hassle home trials so you can be sure the rug that appeals to you in the showroom is the rug that suits your room. If you need help with size, color, or placement, we will be happy to assist you with all your decorating needs. Once a rug is purchased, we will be here to service your rug with regular care and maintenance and answer any questions you may have. We want to keep you as a customer for many years to come.
