Dear Sy:
Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoy the Persian Tabriz rug you recommended and sold to us for the family room. It sets off nicely on the new oak floor you installed. While the rug looks nice in the daytime, at night with artificial light somehow the medallion and the complex patterns and colors just jump out at you. It's absolutely beautiful, and we have received comments from literally all who have seen it. You always said you wanted us to have a Persian, now we do.
The Oriental runner up the stairs also has worked out extremely well. It's very attractive, excellent quality and we are well pleased with it and the installation. The new entry Pakistani is also very pleasing to us. We admire them all every time we walk in the house.
In particular, I would like to thank you for the patience you took with us, literally waiting for our sophistication and taste to mature, allowing us to try rug after rug, so that we have now ended up with rugs that are literally art for a lifetime.
You know, it's hard to believe that some 12 years have passed since we first stopped in and purchased our first carpeting and Oriental rug from you. I have always found you a man of your word, who has the serious customers' interests at heart, and with a consistent orientation for customer service.
