We listen to your needs, answer your questions, educate you, and encourage you to think over all your options.
An average of six to eight hours
It's true that over the course of multiple visits, we spend an average of six to eight hours with each customer before a final decision is made on a purchase. But all this time isn't wasted. The first few visits may be spent reviewing the extensive selection of rugs in our showroom. (By the way, as a customer, you'll never have to sweat it out with us in pulling rugs from the pile for viewing. That's our job.) We'll take time to ask you about your house, the traffic in the room, and other details that need to be factored in with any rug purchase.
Housecalls made gladly
We'll also make one or perhaps several visits to your house to advise you on size, patterns, color, placement, padding, and work to answer any other decorating questions that might arise. Finally, if you're not sure which rug will look best in your home, there's simply no substitute for seeing what a rug actually looks like in place. If necessary, we'll bring several rugs out for you to look at before you make your final decision.
